Ek Mauka Ek Umeed (NGO) proudly congratulates Mr. Sahil Singh, a B.Tech. (Food Technology) student from Lovely Professional University, Punjab, on the successful completion of his Community Development Programme (CDP) / Social Internship.
The internship was successfully completed from 25 June 2026 to 05 August 2026, during which he completed 34 hours of supervised fieldwork under the guidance of Prof. Jasbir Singh, Director cum Secretary, Ek Mauka Ek Umeed (NGO).
Throughout the internship, Sahil actively participated in diverse community development initiatives across rural Himachal Pradesh, gaining practical exposure to sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, digital awareness, public health, and community engagement.

- Traffic Rules Awareness Campaign
- Hilltop Temple & Approach Road Cleanliness Drive

- Rainwater Harvesting & Malaria Prevention Awareness Campaign
These activities enabled him to interact with local communities, farmers, volunteers, and public institutions while developing leadership, communication, teamwork, documentation, and problem-solving skills through experiential learning.
