अगर क्षेत्र के अंदर मूलभूत स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं भी नहीं होंगी तो उस क्षेत्र का विकास कैसे संभव है अगर कोई व्यक्ति दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो जाता है और एंबुलेंस सेवा ना होने के कारण उसकी मृत्यु हो जाती है तो उसका जवाब देही कौन होगा।

If there is no basic health facilities inside the area then how is it possible to develop that area, if a person gets crashed and who dies due to lack of an ambulance service, then who will answer?
